The Baro Rooftop is the place to be in the King West Village, filled with all your favourite Latin infused culinary dishes. We aim to provide our guests with a hidden getaway from the city’s hustle and bustle and the second you walk out onto our rooftop patio, we’re sure you’ll fall in love with the space. Baro Toronto embodies the heart and soul of Latin cuisine and culture, reimagined with a distinctly modern flair. Executive Chef Brent Maxwell takes inspiration from the countries along the coast of South America in order to provide our guests with a unique—and delicious—dining experience. To make his food exceptionally original, Chef puts his own, modern twist on Baro’s dishes to give our guests a dining experience unlike any other.

The Baro Rooftop menu offers all of the same dishes you can expect in our main dining room. Open from 5 PM until late into the night every Monday through Sunday, you can enjoy Baro’s dinner and dessert menus with appetizing options from ceviches, to salads, and pa compartir platters—which means “to share” for the non-Spanish speaking among us. Of course, we offer a wide range of South American main dishes as well.
Additionally, we’ve curated a cocktail menu unique to The Baro Rooftop. It features some Baro favourites like the Tequila Lavendar and Espresso Martini and some exclusive to The Baro Rooftop like our Fresh and Wild, French Montana, and Vespacito—just to name a few.
