A Modern Take on Traditional South American Cuisine
Baro Toronto embodies the heart and soul of Latin cuisine and culture, reimagined with a distinctly modern flair. Executive Chef Steve Gonzalez takes inspiration from the countries along the coast of South America in order to provide our guests with a unique—and delicious—dining experience. To make his food exceptionally original, Chef Gonzalez puts his own, modern twist on Baro’s dishes to give our guests a dining experience unlike any other.
The Baro Rooftop menu offers all of the same dishes you can expect in our main dining room. Open from 5 PM until late into the night every Monday through Sunday, you can enjoy Baro’s dinner and dessert menus with appetizing options from ceviches, to salads, and pa compartir platters—which means “to share” for the non-Spanish speaking among us. Of course, we offer a wide range of South American main dishes as well.
Additionally, we’ve curated a cocktail menu unique to The Baro Rooftop. It features some Baro favourites like the Tequila Lavendar and Espresso Martini and some exclusive to The Baro Rooftop like our Fresh and Wild, French Montana, and Vespacito—just to name a few.
