Charities We Work With
Just like we believe in the value of building a sense of community in our own workplace, we want to contribute to Toronto’s community as well. The following are some local charities that Honeycomb is involved in:
King West Cares
Founded by Honeycomb, King West Cares is an annual event aimed to unite families and give back to the community. Over the years, we have worked with many partnering brands in order to provide turkey dinners to families all over the GTA during the holiday season.
Daily Bread x Honeycomb
It’s not surprising that we love food—and that no one should ever have to go hungry. Daily Bread Food Bank distributes fresh and shelf stable food each and every day to individuals and families in need. We’ve partnered with Daily Bread by donating, collecting, and sorting non perishable goods as well as fundraising through our five venues to raise money for this worthwhile organization.
Toronto Firefighters Toy Drive
Every year, Honeycomb Hospitality has worked in partnership with the Toronto Firefighters’ Toy Drive by hosting a donation box in each of our venues. This includes all monetary donations that went towards providing toys for underprivileged children during the holidays.
Toronto Humane Society Pet Drive
Just like humans deserve to be well fed and taken care of, animals do too. As part of our mission to give back to the Toronto community, Honeycomb partnered with the city’s Humane Society to help dogs, cats, and smaller pets find a well deserved home.
